NCC Portugal, in collaboration with BioExcel, NCC France, NCC Spain, and NCC Ireland, is organizing the “EuroCC/BioExcel Workshop: Software Tools for Intermediate to Advanced Users“, taking place from November 26 to 28 at the University of Coimbra, Department of Life Sciences. 

This hybrid event, with both on-site and remote participation, will offer hands-on training in key tools like GROMACS, HADDOCK, PMX, BioBB, and AlphaFold, led by top experts. 

The event will bring together researchers from Portugal, Spain, and France to explore cutting-edge techniques in biomolecular modeling and simulation.
