The European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU) has launched the DIGITAL-EUROHPC-JU-2024-MASTER-03 call for proposals to develop a pan-European Master’s programme in High-Performance Computing (HPC).
Building on the success of the EUMaster4HPC pilot project, this programme aims to train over 100 students annually in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, computational modelling, and HPC system architecture. Over six years, this initiative will prepare specialists to tackle critical challenges in areas like climate modelling, healthcare optimisation, and drug discovery, contributing to Europe’s digital transformation.
Universities, research institutions, and consortia are invited to apply and collaborate in shaping a highly skilled European HPC workforce aligned with industry needs and the EU’s Digital Decade goals.
